Large paper pattern pieces which cannot be lengthened in a straight line are printed in two sections on Burda work sheets, so they must be joined together after transferring the paper pattern pieces from the work sheets. The attachment line is marked as a double line and little triangular notches indicate exactly where the edges should meet.
