  Same pattern as for the C dress except for the body. I also added a part to reduce the neckline. The top comes down a little below the waist.

  I used jersey (again…) for this sunny yellow top based on my C Dress pattern. I added a piece to reduce the neckline with a contrasted color and altered the bottom to have a flare bottom.
