it says that page does not exist. it took forever to find my post as well, i don’t have a tab that says profile on my computer where is that located? Perhaps that is where I should be headed to find the patterns. thanks judy aka disco gal

It should be available again soon. There are changes taking place that have made it difficult to reach certain pages. Normally you would go to your profile page under “My Account” and then in the menu under “my Account” click on “purchase history”. Your entire library of saved patterns will be there. If for some reason, when pages are back to normal, it is not there please let me know and I will make sure to get it there.
Happy sewing from your friendly Burdastyle moderator!

Judy (you remind me of my favourite Aunt!!) – if you are logged in to Burdastyle, up on the top right hand side of the screen it will say ‘Welcome disco gal’. If you click on the words ‘disco gal’, it will open up your profile page. Then click on ‘my account’ which will be up the top somewhere, then click on ‘purchase history’ and all the patterns you have bought/downloaded should be there.
However – there are, so I hear, some technical problems with the site at the moment, so if it shows up error 404, it is the website, not you!!
Good luck, I hope this helps
Kate

kate, right now i can not access my profile nothing happens when i follow your instructions. however by a fluke i found my pattern and printed it. now I have another set of problems. i spend an hour trying to piece it together but nothing matched up. i have been sewing long enough to know that is not good and certainly not worth trying to use. any helpful hints on this? i am using a burda pattern that i bought. thanks, judy aka disco gal

Do you have any idea when the website will be cleared up and we’ll be able to access our patterns? I bought three a few days ago and get a 404 error every time I try to go to my purchase history. I’m pretty annoyed, since it already charged my card but I haven’t been able to access them….

I agree this web site is very frustrating. I still can’t access by profile or account as well. This frustration is compounded when it seems so many others on the site are not having any issues.
I have been sewing for fifty years and for many years professionally. Everything in me wants to like this site, but the upsets don’t seem to be worth it.

Mine is fixed now! Thank you so much!

mine is still not working, kate I found a utube video that explains how to assemble the patterns. any tips? you can see above my square printed up fine but the other lines did not match at all. you can’t fudge patterns, you will end up with a garment that does fit well and not look very good. this is a pattern that I bought please help. thanks judy

Hello disco gal,
I am not Kate but I am the burdastyle moderator and will try to help. You did print at 100% because you said the test square was correct. Did you trim off one edge of each page as you taped the pieces together? I find that it is easier to line up all of the notches and lines by trimming. Make sure your pattern lines meet up with each previous pages lines. It can be a bit tricky the first few times you put the patterns together but you will get the hang of it. Keep trying some of the free patterns for practice. Which pattern are you trying to put together?
Happy sewing from your friendly burdastyle moderator!

Sorry to be calling you Kate. Yesterday I printed off the pattern again, using the video link you provided I was able to successfully tape the pattern together last night. So what was different? I used the same printer, but a different computer with more up to date software. Previously, the pattern print off did not have all the lines on it, so matching up the number/symbols was impossible. I am SO grateful to you for all your hand holding and happy to have figured ou the problem. Blessings, to ALL, and HAPPY SEWING.

Not sure if this is the right thread to post on but i can’t find any of my bought patterns anywhere, i can find all my free patterns but the ones i’ve actually paid for have all gone. I did send this a fault report a little while ago by clicking on the ‘report fault’ button at the bottom of the page but haven’t heard anything back. Can anyone help me?

Thanks for your reply. I can’t remember all the patterns but the one that made me notice they were missing was the Madison pattern that i downloaded (last year i think). It was a project i’d started & put to one side, want to try to finish it but have lost 1/2 the pattern pieces so wanted to re-print it… if i only get this one pattern back i’d be happy!
Thanks for any help with this

Hi Alden,
I was going through my emails this morning & found 2 paypal receipts for patterns bought from Burdastyle. Maddison as previously mentioned & Fatina (both not showing in my purchase history). I can forward them to you if that would help sort this issue out?
Thanks
Heidi
