Burda Style For people who sew
Can't add project - not a 500 error

Hope you can solve this!
I’ve tried to add a project, but keep getting this error message after pressing Finish or Continue to Instructions:
There were problems with the following fields:
Project uploads require at least one material.
But I did fill out all fields… Also, I can’t select more than 1 option while holding Ctrl under All Styles and All Materials (as I’ve done before), and after receiving the error message the picture hasn’t been uploaded. I tested this in both Chrome 4.1 and IE7.

I have exactly the same problem as SuzannaM. I’ve tried twice today and yesterday and keep getting the same error message.

I think you might need to click on the pink letters below the materials box that will add your material to the right of the box. You will need to do the same thing for the style box. Let me know if this helps.

You were right – user interface confusion! Maybe add a sentence saying Select the material/style, then click to “Add new material/style”. Or underline it to make it look like a link.

I think something needs to change with this as well. There seems to be a lot of confusion about this very area. I am glad you got it to work for you. Now I am off to see what you added. Smiles!
