I know most people were disappointed by the $7 price tag on the the Wenlan blouse but sometimes the best patterns are expensive. So when I saw the Wenlan pattern I saw it’s potential In this variation I used the sleeves from the JJ blouse and omitted the tie collar. Instead I used some ruffling and I also did the same along the bib front,
